Pickup & Delivery Rates
This fee will apply for each stop. A stop is defined as a delivery or pick up, per day, per location, per truck.
Delivery Window: 8-6pm (If time scheduled is not booked)
Pick Up Window: 10-6pm (If time scheduled is no booked)
Mileage calculation is based on ONE WAY.

Additional Services & Fees
WAITING FEE
A waiting fee will be assessed for orders that are not ready for pick up or drop off when your driver arrives. Please ensure the building is unlocked and accessible and that the order is packed and by the entryway when the driver arrives.

NIGHT DELIVERY OR PICK UP
These fees apply when a delivery or pick up is set between 11pm to 6am. Fee is calculated per stop and in addition to the regular delivery fee.

EVENING OR MORNING DELIVERY OR PICK UP
This fee applies when a delivery or pick up is set between 6pm to 11pm or 6am-9am. Fee is calculated per stop and in addition to the regular delivery fee.

WEEKEND DELIVERY OR PICK UP
No additional fees for Saturday delivery.
Sunday (Non Holiday Weekends)
$75
TIME SCHEDULED DELIVERY OR PICK UP
This fee applies to a delivery or pick up that requires a specific delivery time.
Your delivery will fall within a 10 hour window unless you book a specific delivery time. While we do take requests and try to accomodate them, requests are not guaranteed unless a scheduled delivery is booked.

HOLIDAY DELIVERY OR PICK UP
These fees apply to deliveries made on a holiday or made on a Saturday, or Sunday preceding or following a holiday.
This fee is in addition to the regular delivery fee..
Rentals for holiday weekends are extended by one day at no extra charge to help you avoid holiday charges.
Holidays are as listed and not necessarily statutory holidays.
